Welcome to Vocalyze AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our automated voice AI service designed to manage phone calls, book appointments, and integrate seamlessly with your business operations.

By using our service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “user”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Vocalyze AI provides an automated voice assistant capable of answering phone calls, interacting with customers, collecting information, and booking appointments directly into your integrated scheduling software.

2. Data and Privacy

All call information, including customer interactions, appointments booked, and related details, will be stored securely within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. We implement robust security measures to protect this data; however, you acknowledge and agree that data transmitted or stored electronically may never be entirely secure.

You agree to obtain all necessary consents required by law from individuals whose information is collected or processed through Vocalyze AI.

3. Billing and Payment

Vocalyze AI operates on a monthly invoicing basis. Fees and terms of payment are determined individually and detailed explicitly in your client agreement. Payment must be made by the due date indicated on each invoice.

Failure to pay timely may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our service.

4. Service Availability

Vocalyze AI strives to provide continuous service; however, we offer no guarantees regarding service uptime or uninterrupted availability. If our system experiences issues or downtime, calls will automatically route to your original phone system as a fallback.

5. Integrations and Third-Party APIs

Our system can integrate with various third-party software platforms. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, security, and legality of integrating your existing systems with Vocalyze AI. We accept no responsibility or liability for errors, inaccuracies, or issues arising from such integrations.

6. Liability and Indemnification

Vocalyze AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or appointment errors resulting from your use of or inability to use our service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Vocalyze AI harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from or relating to your use of our services.

7. Account Usage

Each individual user accessing Vocalyze AI to view or manage bookings and customer data must have their own dedicated account with appropriate privileges. You are responsible for managing account permissions and ensuring compliance with this requirement.

8. Support and Maintenance

We provide customer support related to your use of Vocalyze AI but make no guarantees regarding response times or resolutions. Support services are provided on an “as-available” basis.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Texas. You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after the posting of any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
